Gregg says fiscal reform harder now

Senator Judd Gregg said yesterday he will focus on rescuing the nation from financial ruin despite two significant challenges: his limited time left in office and a new health care law he believes will go down in history as “the bale of hay that broke the back of American fiscal policy.’’
