Where can i find information on President Bush’s fiscal policy?

I’m doing a report on the president’s fiscal policy since 2000. The problem I’m having is that information on the internet is so politically motivated that it’s either “Bush is the best president since FDR” or “Bush’s economic policies are destroying America and we’ll all be living in boxes in ten years”. Any links to reasonable non partisan based info would be greatly appreciated.

Steal from the poor and give it to the rich is his and all repuglicans fiscal policy
