Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated Reports Fiscal Year and Fourth Quarter 2009 Results

Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated today announced it earned $38.1 million, or basic net income per share of $4.16, on net sales of $1.44 billion for fiscal 2009, compared to net income of $9.1 million, or basic net income per share of $.99, on net sales of $1.46 billion for fiscal 2008.
